Na UP PEF smo prejeli vabilo na enotedensko izobraževanje s področja inkluzivne pedagogike, ki bo potekalo od 10. do 15. marca 2019 v Tirani.

On behalf of the European Association of Service Providers for Persons with Disabilities (EASPD), I would like to invite you to participate in our week-long training course on inclusive education: ‘Building an inclusive School For All’ in Tirana, Albania.   The course will be held on 10th-15th March 2019 and will develop your understanding and expertise on inclusive education for persons with disabilities.

The 5-day course will cover topics including:
• The UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities;
• The Index for inclusion;
• Universal Design for Learning;
• Strategic planning and change management;
• Curriculum differentiation within a national curriculum;
• Opportunities for inclusive school assistance.

Alongside these topics the course will include a school visit to see inclusive education in practice and will provide a framework for the further development and promotion of inclusive education, as well as hands-on experience in the planning of such an approach. To find out more about the programme, you can read it here

Coordinated by the Standing Committee on Education of EASPD, the course is organised by a consortium of European organisations and universities involved in the development of inclusive education across Europe. The course will provide a challenging, but safe learning environment, in which you can engage, learn and discover with and from colleagues in an international setting, on how to move towards inclusive education.

The course fee is € 150 including training, lunches, coffee breaks and one group dinner. The course will be held at the Classic Hotel, where it will be possible for you to stay, at an extra cost. Registrations are open here now, via this link. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at rachel.vaughan@easpd.eu.
