For transfers among programmes the following rules are applicable:

  • complying with the conditions for entry into new study programme,
  • the number of available study places,
  • year or semester of previous study programme for which a student has accomplished all the studying obligations and can be recognised partly or entirely.

Transfer among study programmes is allowed when the transfer takes place between study programmes providing the same levels of education, i.e., among study programmes of the 3rd cycle.

Individual applications for transfers are examined by the competent commissions of the Senate of the Faculty of Education at the University of Primorska, which takes into account, when deciding on possible additional study requirements, the candidates previous studies accomplished requirements.
