INDUSAC: priložnost za študente in raziskovalce /opportunities for students&researchers

V okviru projekta INDUSAC vabimo študente vseh smeri in programov k sodelovanju v od 3 do 6-članskih mednarodnih skupinah za reševanje konkretnih izzivov podjetij, pri čemer pridobijo izkušnje pri sodelovanju s podjetji, mednarodna poznanstva ter do 1000 EUR bruto/študenta.

Trenutno je objavljenih preko 70 različnih izzivov slovenskih in evropskih podjetij, ki so objavljeni na platformi INDUSAC in vključujejo teme s področij ekonomije, informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologij in naravoslovnih ved.

Nadaljnji koraki:

1) študent oz. raziskovalec izbere izziv,

2) se kot študent oz. raziskovalec registrira (registracijski obrazec je različen) na platformi INDUSAC

3) pri izbranem izzivu se pridružijo skupnosti Slack, poiščejo kanal z imenom tega izziva in se lahko tam povežejo z drugimi študenti. Ekipo lahko sestavijo tudi izven Slacka.  

4) po formiranju mednarodne ekipe (3 različne države, 60% članov iz »widening and associated countries«), ekipa (vsaj en študentka oz. en študent) pripravi eno skupno motivacijsko pismo (krajši življenjepis – opis znanj), ki ga oddajo podjetju do 11. februarja 2024 preko platforme INDUSAC.

5) Izziv pričnejo reševati, če jih podjetje izbere, predvidoma v začetku marca 2024.

Podrobnejše informacije s pogoji sodelovanja so objavljene na spletni strani projekta, v razpisu za študente; v primeru vprašanj, pa lahko pišejo .

Rok za prijavo je 11. februarja 2024, ko mednarodna ekipa odda le motivacijsko pismo (krajši življenjepis).

Text for English-speaking students

In the scope of the Horizon Europe INDUSAC project students of all programmes are invited to join 3- and 6-member international teams and solve the company's challenges, while they also:

·         gain experience in working with companies,

·         create an international network,

·         receive up to 1000 EUR gross per student.

Currently, more than 70 different challenges from Slovenian and European companies are published on the platform INDUSAC and they cover different topics from the fields of economy, ICT and natural sciences.

Further steps:

1) Students or Researchers select a challenge,

2) Students or Researchers register on the platform (the registration form is different),

3) within a specific challenge join the Slack community, where they first select the channel with the name of the specific challenge and then can connect with other students. The team can be formed also outside Slack.

4) Once an international team is formed (3 different countries, 60% from widening and associated countries), the team (at least one female or male student) prepare a joint Motivation letter (short CV) and submit it to the company through the platform by 11 February 2024.

5) If the Motivation letter is approved by the company, students may begin solving the challenge presumably at the beginning of March 2024.

The first deadline is 11 February 2024, when the international team should submit only a joint Motivation letter (short CV).
